Dick is a well-respected real estate attorney and is currently the managing principal of Morris Carlson & Hoelscher, P.A. in Minneapolis. He brings his legal expertise and entrepreneurial spirit to the Rivage. He has developed residential and commercial projects nationwide.

Fay has extensive experience in the residential, title, mortgage and property management industry. She is the Vice President of Excel Title Company in Minneapolis and brings her expertise and enthusiasm to many facets of the Rivage.

K i m   T o l a n d Developer/Marketing/Finance

Kim has over 20 years of experience as a mortgage banking professional. Her technical background grew from serving as a processor, closer,  and originator as well as managing several loan production offices.
